FREE AD DESIGN
• Ads include free design with 1 proof and 1 set of revisions. Additional minor revisions are $10 each time the file is
accessed. If the revisions require extensive redesign, fees will apply.
• We allow the option of 1 free ad redesign every 3 issues! If you want to change your ad early, fees will apply.
• Additional charges may be added for photos, images, fonts or graphics we purchase for your ad.
REPEAT ADS
Each time your ad is repeated, we allow 1 set of minor changes free!
If you request further minor changes, there is a $10 fee each time we access your file.
Examples of minor changes–
• Replacing text: Words must fit into the original spaces.
• Simple color changes: Lighten, darken, text or background colors, etc.
For more extensive changes (taking more than 15 min.), we will give you a quote based on $25/hour design rate.
REDESIGN FEES
1/4 Page - $50
1/2 Page - $75
Full Page - $100
Spread - $150
Above rates are maximum charges
based on $25/hour design rate.
